A Postdoctoral research position is available at the Unified Division of Hematology of Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center. The research is focused on the biochemical, immunological and genetic properties of a metalloprotease that is critical in preventing thrombosis in the microvasculature. It involves both human subjects and animal models and thus provide an excellent opportunity for transitional investigation.

Candidates must possess a PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Immunology, or a related field. Experience in molecular biology techniques and handling of mice is desired.
