德国威斯特伐利亚威廉大学招聘博士后 The Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster, in collaboration with the Max-Planck-Institute for Molecular Biomedicine in Münster, has opennings for a Postdoctoral Position (position code 14-2008) in the newly founded group of „Angiogenesis in zebrafish“ (Groupleader Wiebke Herzog http://www.mpi-muenster.mpg.de/an/an.shtml) Work will be concerned with the regulation of formation and remodeling of the vasculature in zebrafish during development, but also in processes of regeneration and healing. Analyses will combine zebrafish genetics and transgenesis with biochemical, cell biological and embryological approaches, including confocal live imaging. Successful applicants should have a strong interest in cell and developmental biology anda background in molecular biology, genetics biochemistry or developmental biology. Experience in some of the above mentioned working methods is desirable. We are looking for highly motivated people who share our passion for research, are interested in aquiring new skills and wish to be part of an international team. The institute offers a stimulating and international environment. Therefore, knowledge of the German language is not essential. Additionally Muenster is a very liveable city (http://www.muenster.de/en/) and extra help with german administration, apartment hunting, etc. will be provided for people without german language skills.
